Design notes
The badge keeps the care board idea in its smallest form: a square whiteboard in an aluminium frame with corner caps, a teal MY NURSE bar, a plate that says Thank you held by one coral magnet, the words NURSES WEEK and a marker on the tray. The words are few and set large, so it still reads in a profile list. It pairs with the matching landscape and portrait certificates of appreciation.
About
Nurse Appreciation Badge Template, Care Board
A digital badge lets a hospital or care home thank every nurse on a unit at once, not only the one who wins the award. Health systems send it during Nurses Week with a thank-you email, and nurses add it to a professional profile, an email signature or a recognition wall on the staff intranet, where colleagues see it next to their name.

Subject: name, a thank-you from your patients and your care team
Hi name,
This Nurses Week we want to say what we do not say often enough: thank you. Patients and families leave our unit remembering the nurse who explained, listened and stayed calm when it mattered, and very often that nurse was you.
Your certificate of appreciation is ready. Open it to read the message, download it to print for your locker or the break room, and share it on LinkedIn if you like.
With thanks from your whole care team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Nursing is mostly small moments nobody writes down, so it meant a lot to receive a certificate of appreciation from my unit this Nurses Week, with a nomination from a patient's family. Thank you to the nurses, aides and doctors I share every shift with. We do this together. #NursesWeek #Nursing
