Design notes

The landscape layout uses the course's own cool-down exercise as its frame: a rounded square traced as one dusk-blue line that swells and thins through breathe in, hold, breathe out and hold, four counts a side, with the labels at the corners. The name, program and a short statement rest in the open centre. A column on the right lists the skills practised, duration, contact hours, attendance, date issued and credential ID, with the facilitator's signature and a QR code. It suits counselling services and training providers who want a dignified, unshowy record.

About

Anger Management Completion Certificate, Box Breath

Anger management programs are usually small groups that meet once a week for eight to sixteen weeks. Participants learn to recognise what sets them off, to notice the first physical signs of rising anger, to step away and cool down, and to deal with disagreements through clear, respectful communication. People join for many reasons, by their own choice or on the suggestion of an employer or another service, and a certificate of completion gives them a plain record that they attended and did the work.

Wording on the template“For completing every session of the program and showing the skills to notice early warning signs, pause and cool down, and respond with calm, assertive and respectful communication.”

Subject: name, your anger management program certificate is ready

Hi name,

Thank you for coming to every session and for the effort you put into the program. Learning to notice your warning signs, slow down and speak up calmly takes practice, and you did that work week after week.

Your certificate of completion is ready. Open it to view it, download a copy to print or keep on file, or share it if you wish. It belongs to you, and you decide who sees it.

With best wishes from the program team.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have finished a twelve-week course on managing anger and stress. It gave me practical tools I now use every day: noticing early signs of tension, taking a breath before I answer, and keeping hard conversations calm and clear. Thank you to the facilitators and the group for a supportive space to learn. #PersonalGrowth #Communication #EmotionalIntelligence

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.
