An apprenticeship certificate template gives employers, colleges and training providers a ready layout for the day an apprentice finishes the program. An apprenticeship mixes paid work with structured study: the apprentice learns the job beside an experienced supervisor, takes related classes, and ends with an assessment of competence. The certificate of completion marks the end of that term and is often the first credential of a working life.
A good one names the apprentice and the program, says what was completed and how it was assessed, and lists the main competencies, the hours or duration and the date. It is signed by the workplace supervisor and the person who runs the training, and carries a credential ID so a future employer can check it.
The designs here come as certificates for A4 and US Letter paper and as digital badges that the apprentice can share online.

FAQ
Questions, answered
The apprentice's name, the program or occupation, the employer or training provider, the completion date, the duration or hours, the main competencies achieved, the signatures of the supervisor and the training lead, and a credential ID. A short statement of what was completed makes it a clear record.
Often both: the workplace supervisor or mentor who saw the apprentice work, and the training manager, program coordinator or head of the college that delivered the study part. Some employers add a senior leader as a third signature.
After every requirement is met: the training hours, the classes and the final assessment. Many employers present it at a small ceremony or a team meeting and send the digital version on the same day.
Yes, if your program counts them. Hours of on-the-job training and of related instruction show the size of the program and help a future employer understand what the apprentice did. If your program is measured in years or modules, list those instead.
Not always. The certificate records that the apprentice completed your program. A licence or a national qualification is issued by the body that awards it, under its own rules. State on the certificate what it records, and do not claim an award that your organisation does not give.
