A safety award template gives you a ready layout for recognising people and teams who keep a workplace safe. Factories, building sites, warehouses, hospitals and schools hand out a safety excellence award at the end of a year without a recordable injury, for a good hazard report, or for leading the safety committee. It is often given to a whole shift or site as well as to one person.
A good safety recognition certificate says what was achieved, for example 365 days without a lost-time incident, and who gives the award. It carries the date and the signature of the safety lead and a senior manager. The designs here come as certificates (A4 and US Letter) and badges, so you can print one for the notice board and send the same award by email.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Individuals who report hazards, lead safety talks or follow procedures well, and whole teams or shifts that reach a safety target. Many sites give one award for the year and smaller ones each quarter.
The name of the person or team, what they did (for example a year without a recordable injury), the date, and a signature with its role. Name the specific behaviour so the award teaches as well as thanks.
The head of health and safety, often together with the site director or plant manager. Two signatures show that safety is a leadership matter.
A work-related injury or illness that has to be written in the site's injury log under local rules, such as OSHA recordkeeping in the United States. Check your own rules before you count days and name the measure on the certificate.
Soon after the achievement, at a team meeting or toolbox talk. Annual awards fit the end of the year or the date a site reaches a milestone such as 365 days without an incident.
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with each person's name and email, and Hyperstack issues a personal certificate and badge to everyone on the team.
