Design notes
The badge borrows the safety cross that many plants keep on a notice board, one cell for each day of the month. Cream cells make a plus shape on a navy rounded square, and the last day at the foot is gold between two quiet dash slots. SAFETY AWARD sits under the cross in one line of condensed capitals. The grid stays clear at 120 pixels, so it works as a small badge on a profile or an email.
About
Safety Award Badge Template, Safety Cross Calendar
A digital badge lets a site or company recognise safe work the day it happens: a shift with no lost-time incident, a good hazard report, or a year of work without a recordable injury. Employers, safety committees, contractors and training providers issue it, and employees add it to a profile or share it with a client who asks about safety records.

Hi name,
Thank you for the care you bring to safety every day. Your work helped our site stay safe, and we are glad to recognise it with a safety award.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your notice board, or add it to your LinkedIn profile so your network can see it.
With thanks from all of us.

Post for the recipient to share
Proud to receive a safety award for our team's year of safe work. Every day on the board was marked safe, and it only happens when everyone looks out for each other. Thank you to my colleagues and to our safety committee for making it a habit, not a slogan. #WorkplaceSafety #Safety
