An authorized partner certificate template gives a vendor a ready layout for confirming that a reseller, integrator or dealer has joined its channel. Software companies, manufacturers and wholesalers issue one when a partner signs the agreement and passes product certification, and again at each renewal or move to a higher tier.
A good certificate reads like a short summary of the agreement: who grants the status, who receives it, the program, what the partner may do (sell, implement, support), the territory, the partner ID and the dates it is valid. A signature from the channel or partner manager makes it official, and a verification link lets a buyer check that the status is real and current.
The designs here come as certificates in A4 and US Letter and as digital badges that partners can show on a website, in proposals and on LinkedIn.

FAQ
Questions, answered
A distributor usually buys from the vendor in volume and supplies resellers in a region. A reseller or dealer sells to end customers. Authorized partner is the wider term many programs use for any company that has a signed agreement and meets the program's training and support standards, whether it resells, implements or provides services.
A certificate for authorized partner companies should give the vendor's name and logo, the partner's company name, the program and tier, what the partner is authorized to do, the territory, a partner ID, the issue date and the expiry date, and a signature from the person who manages the channel. A verification link or QR code lets customers confirm it.
Most partner agreements run for a fixed term, often one or two years, and renew only if the partner keeps certified staff and meets the program's sales or support targets. Put the expiry date on the certificate so an old one is not shown after the agreement has ended.
Normally the head of channel sales, the partner program manager or a director of the vendor. Some companies add a second signature from partner enablement or from an executive for higher tiers.
Both are common. The authorization itself belongs to the partner company, so the certificate names the company. Many vendors also issue certificates to the individual staff who complete the partner training, so the partner can show how many certified people it has.
Give each certificate a unique partner ID and a verification link. A buyer who scans the QR code sees the live record, including whether the authorization has expired or been withdrawn, which a printed certificate alone cannot show.
