Design notes

This badge turns one of those skills into the picture. On a deep slate tile a rounded square is drawn as a single paper-white line that thickens up one side and thins down the other, the four sides of a box breath. A warm stone dot marks where the breath begins. In the quiet centre sit the words Anger Management above Completed in a book serif. The badge is plain and private in tone, so a participant can keep it to themselves or add it to a profile, and it pairs with the matching certificates.

About

Anger Management Badge Template, Box Breath

An anger management course teaches practical skills for handling strong feelings: spotting triggers and the body's early warning signs, slowing down with breathing and other cool-down methods, and saying what you need in a calm, assertive way. Community services, employee assistance programs, counselling practices and adult education centres run these groups over several weekly sessions, and many give a digital badge when a participant has attended them all.

Subject: name, your anger management program certificate is ready

Hi name,

Thank you for coming to every session and for the effort you put into the program. Learning to notice your warning signs, slow down and speak up calmly takes practice, and you did that work week after week.

Your certificate of completion is ready. Open it to view it, download a copy to print or keep on file, or share it if you wish. It belongs to you, and you decide who sees it.

With best wishes from the program team.

Post for the recipient to share

I have finished a twelve-week course on managing anger and stress. It gave me practical tools I now use every day: noticing early signs of tension, taking a breath before I answer, and keeping hard conversations calm and clear. Thank you to the facilitators and the group for a supportive space to learn. #PersonalGrowth #Communication #EmotionalIntelligence
