Design notes
The whole sheet is ruled like a school exercise book, with a red margin line down the left side and every label and value standing on its own feint rule. The name sits on a penmanship ruling with a dashed midline and a red baseline, in a looping copybook script. Below it come the occasion, a thank-you from the school community, the qualities being thanked in two short columns, the giver, the date and the credential ID. Signatures and the QR code close the page.
About
Teacher Appreciation Certificate Portrait, Handwriting Paper
An upright page is what most teachers keep: it slips into a portfolio, a staffroom display or a standard frame, and it reads like a letter. A principal and a parent association chair can sign it together at the end of term, at a staff assembly or on Teachers' Day, to thank a teacher, a librarian, a coach or a support assistant for their patience, encouragement and care.
Wording on the template“From your students, their families and all of us here: thank you for the patience, the care and the belief you bring to every lesson. You make a difference every day, and we see it.”More wording ideas for teacher appreciation certificates

Subject: Thank you, name, from your students and their families
Dear name,
This week we want to stop and say thank you. Every day you bring patience, energy and care into your classroom, and our students and their families notice it, even when they forget to say so.
Your certificate of appreciation is ready. Open it to see the message we wrote for you, download a copy to print for your desk or staffroom, and share it on LinkedIn if you would like to.
With gratitude from all of us at the school.

Post for the recipient to share
This week my school thanked me with a certificate of appreciation, signed on behalf of our students and their families. Teaching is full of small moments nobody sees, so being thanked for them meant a lot. Thank you to my colleagues, to the parents who support us, and most of all to my students, who teach me something new every term. #TeacherAppreciationWeek #Teaching

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
