The centre of the badge is a disc of handwriting paper: pale blue rules, a short red margin line and one full penmanship ruling, where Thank you is written in a looping copybook script and the line From all of us sits underneath. A navy ring carries Teacher Appreciation across the top and With Gratitude at the foot. The words stay clear at small sizes, so the badge works for primary schools, colleges and coaching staff alike.
