Design notes
The tall page reads from the top down. A centred stack holds the organisation, the title, the name in a calm serif over a short ochre rule, the program, a three-line statement, the duration, level and format, and the topics covered. Below it an evergreen fingerpost rises from the ground line, its arms turning left and right in the order taught, each numbered in ochre. The signatures stand to the left of the post's foot; the QR code, dates and credential ID stand to the right. It suits schools, charities and employers who file records in portrait.
About
Mental Health Awareness Certificate, Fingerpost Portrait
A portrait certificate fits the places where a training record is kept upright: a staff file, a volunteer folder, a noticeboard in a staff room or a frame by a reception desk. Organisations that train mental health champions, wellbeing contacts or line managers often hand one out after the session. It shows that the holder learned to recognise early signs, respond without stigma and guide a person toward professional support. It does not certify anyone to diagnose or treat.
Wording on the template“The holder can recognise the early signs of common mental health conditions, respond to stress and burnout without stigma, open a calm and supportive conversation, and guide a colleague toward the right professional help.”More wording ideas for mental health awareness certificates

Subject: name, your mental health awareness certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for taking part in our mental health awareness training. The time you gave to learning how to notice the signs, ask with care, listen and point people to help makes our workplace a kinder place.
Your certificate is waiting for you at the link below. You can download and print it for your training file, and if you wish, share the badge on LinkedIn so colleagues know they can come to you.
With thanks, The wellbeing team

Post for the recipient to share
This week I finished a mental health awareness course at work. I learned to notice when someone is having a hard time, to ask more than once, to listen without rushing to fix things, and to know where real help is. It is not a clinical role, but it is a start. Thank you to our trainers for a thoughtful session. #MentalHealthAwareness #Wellbeing

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
