Design notes
On the landscape page a traditional evergreen fingerpost stands at the right. Its four arms carry the actions the course teaches, in order, each with an ochre step number: notice the signs, ask twice, listen without judgement and signpost to help. The left column holds the organisation, the name in a quiet serif, the program, a short statement, duration, level, format and the topics covered. Along the sign's ground line sit two signatures, the QR code, the credential ID and the dates it was issued and runs until. It suits HR and wellbeing teams who want a calm, practical record.
About
Mental Health Certificate Template, Fingerpost Landscape
Employers, schools, councils and training providers give a mental health awareness certificate to staff and volunteers who complete a course on noticing when a colleague may be struggling. Good courses cover common conditions, stigma, stress and burnout, how to open a supportive conversation and where to point someone for help. The certificate records participation in that training; it is an awareness credential, not a clinical or counselling qualification, and the wording on this template keeps to that.
Wording on the template“The holder can recognise the early signs of common mental health conditions, respond to stress and burnout without stigma, open a calm and supportive conversation, and guide a colleague toward the right professional help.”More wording ideas for mental health awareness certificates

Subject: name, your mental health awareness certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for taking part in our mental health awareness training. The time you gave to learning how to notice the signs, ask with care, listen and point people to help makes our workplace a kinder place.
Your certificate is waiting for you at the link below. You can download and print it for your training file, and if you wish, share the badge on LinkedIn so colleagues know they can come to you.
With thanks, The wellbeing team

Post for the recipient to share
This week I finished a mental health awareness course at work. I learned to notice when someone is having a hard time, to ask more than once, to listen without rushing to fix things, and to know where real help is. It is not a clinical role, but it is a start. Thank you to our trainers for a thoughtful session. #MentalHealthAwareness #Wellbeing

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
