Design notes
The portrait layout stands the guitar on its end. The organization, title, student name in script and program sit in a centred stack at the top. Below them a fretboard end meets the soundhole, ringed by a herringbone rosette, and six strings run down to a pin bridge. The two signatures sit in the side columns beside the strings, with the QR code, date and credential ID in the bottom corners. The cream spruce paper and rosewood brown look good in a frame and suit students of any age.
About
Portrait Guitar Certificate Template for Music Students
A guitar certificate marks a real step: a beginner level finished, strumming patterns and chords learned, a first solo played for family and friends. Music schools, guitar academies, private teachers and online guitar courses issue them at the end of a term or a recital.

Subject: Well played, name: your guitar certificate is here
Hi name,
Well done on finishing your guitar level. Every chord change, every slow practice run and every song you pushed through has paid off, and it shows in how you play.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print and put on the wall by your guitar, or add it to your LinkedIn profile to share the news.
Keep playing, and see you at the next lesson.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I finished my guitar course and earned my certificate today. A few months ago I could barely switch between two chords, and now I can play a full song from start to finish. Thank you to my teacher for the patience and the great tips. Time to learn the next one. #Guitar #LearningMusic

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
