Design notes

Here the whole racquet stands upright and fills the top two thirds of the page. The frame is a club green border, gold strings run to an egg-shaped clear field, and the player's name, statement, skills and event details sit inside it. The throat stays open and the shaft runs off the bottom edge between two signature blocks, with the issue date, credential ID and QR code at the foot. It suits junior finals, school leagues and club prize nights.

About

Tennis Winner Certificate Template, Portrait Racquet

Junior tours, school leagues and coaching academies often print results for a wall or a folder, and a tall page suits a framed certificate. A winner certificate names the player, the event, the draw size and the court surface, and carries the signature of the tournament director and the head coach.

Wording on the template“For winning the singles title without dropping a set, with a heavy first serve, sharp work at the net and calm, clever match play in every round of the draw. A true champion of the court.”

Subject: Your tennis award, name

Hi name,

What a tournament! Your serve, your rallies and your nerve in the big points made a real difference, and the club wanted to say congratulations properly.

Your award is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for the wall, or share it with family and friends.

Well played, and see you on court.

Post for the recipient to share

I am proud to share my tennis tournament award from our club. It came after a long run of early practices, tight matches and great support from my coach and teammates. Thank you to everyone who played, watched and cheered. #Tennis #Sportsmanship #Teamwork

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
