Design notes
The badge is a small organisation chart. A line drops from the top edge into a strong petrol card that carries an amber LEAD tab, a figure in a work shirt, SUPERVISOR and TRAINING; below it, a bus branches to three crew cards. The shapes are flat and bold, so the badge still reads at thumbnail size. It suits warehouses, retail, hospitality, healthcare and office teams alike.
About
Supervisor Training Badge Template, First Line
A supervisor badge marks the moment a team member steps into first-line management and completes the training that goes with it. Employers give it to new team leads, shift leads and charge hands after an internal program on the supervisor's role, feedback, scheduling and conflict, and training providers issue it to every learner who completes a supervisor course. Recipients pin it to their LinkedIn profile and email signature, where it shows colleagues and recruiters that they are ready to lead a crew.

Subject: name, your supervisor training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Congratulations on completing your supervisor training. Leading a team is a different job from being part of one, and the work you put into the sessions on feedback, planning and handling conflict will help you and your crew from the first shift.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or share your badge on LinkedIn so your network knows about your new role.
We are glad to have you leading the team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed supervisor training and received my certificate. The sessions on giving feedback, planning workloads and handling conflict changed how I think about leading a team. Thank you to my trainers and to my manager for the support as I step into this role. Looking forward to growing with my crew. #Leadership #SupervisorTraining
