Design notes
This landscape design reads like an engraved map seen from above. The far-bank rule crosses the page, and above it stand the name, the program, a warm statement, the duration and format, the issue date, the credential ID, two signatures and the QR code. Below, four sandstone stepping stones cross a calm teal river at an even stride, each carrying one skill, from coping strategies to planning ahead, and the last stone lands under the proof. The words speak of commitment and a new start, never of a condition, so the issuer decides how much the program title says.
About
Recovery Program Certificate Template, Stepping Stones
Finishing a structured recovery program takes weeks of showing up: group sessions, one-to-one check-ins, new daily habits and the patience to keep going on hard days. Outpatient services, community and faith groups, peer-support charities and workplace wellbeing schemes mark the end of that work with a certificate of completion, often handed over at a short ceremony with the people who walked alongside.
Wording on the template“In recognition of the commitment, courage and steady effort shown at every stage of the program. Each milestone was met with care, and this work opens the way to a new start and to the days ahead.”More wording ideas for recovery program certificates

Subject: name, you finished the program: your certificate is here
Hi name,
You have completed the program, and we want to mark it properly. Week by week you came back, did the work and supported the people around you. That steadiness is what this certificate records.
Your certificate is ready whenever you want it. You can download and print a copy, keep it private, or share it with the people you choose. It is yours to use as you like.
With respect and warm wishes for the days ahead.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Today I finished a twelve-week program that asked a lot of me: showing up every week, building new routines and learning to plan ahead. I am proud of the steady work and grateful to the facilitators and the group who walked it with me. A new start, one step at a time. #NewBeginnings #PersonalGrowth

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
