Design notes
This landscape page is drawn as that final scoresheet. A printed form band holds the event, stage, format and level; the player or team name sits on its own ruled line; and one row of cells lists the four rounds, each ticked in red pencil, ending in a heavier RESULT cell with MERIT ringed by hand. Below it are a short statement, the issue date, the credential ID, signatures from the quizmaster and the scorekeeper, and a QR code. The green ink and plain form rules suit schools and clubs that want a calm, exact record rather than a loud prize page.
About
Quiz Competition Certificate Template, Scoresheet Landscape
A quiz competition puts teams of students or colleagues against each other over several themed rounds, such as current affairs, history and geography, science, and sports and culture. A quizmaster reads each question, teams write or call their answers within the time allowed, and a scorekeeper marks every round on the scoresheet. Schools, colleges, libraries, clubs and workplaces run them as inter-house heats, inter-school finals or charity nights, and give a certificate to the players after the final.
Wording on the template“took on four themed rounds of questions against the clock and under match rules, and earned a result of merit on the final scoresheet, checked and signed by the quizmaster and the scorekeeper.”More wording ideas for quiz competition certificates

Subject: Your quiz competition certificate, name
Dear name,
Congratulations on your result in the quiz competition. Your team kept its focus through every round, and the scoresheet shows it.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see your result, then download a copy to print or share it with your family, your teachers and your friends online.
Thank you to you and your teammates for the hours of practice before the final. We hope to see your team at the quiz table again next term.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Proud to share that our team earned a result of merit in this year's general knowledge quiz competition. Four themed rounds, a lot of fast thinking and some very close answers. Thank you to my teammates for the practice sessions and to the quizmaster and the organizers for a well-run final. #QuizCompetition #Teamwork #Education

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
