Design notes
The badge reduces the record entry idea to a navy index card with a raised tab. NURSING, a large serif CE and CONTACT HOURS sit on the card's head, and a small paper sheet below holds two earlier rows and the new entry in amber with a ledger tick and a double rule. The words are fixed, so one badge serves every activity a provider runs, and it still reads at a small size in a feed.
About
Nursing CE Badge Template, Record Entry Card
A digital badge lets a nurse show completed continuing education where people look online: a LinkedIn profile, an email signature or a professional portfolio. Hospital education departments and CE providers often issue it together with the certificate, so the badge leads to the full record of the activity, the provider and the contact hours earned.

Subject: name, your CE certificate and contact hours are ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing the activity and its evaluation. Your continuing education certificate is ready, with the date, the contact hours you earned and our provider details.
Open it to view it, download a copy for your CE file or print it for your records. Keep it with your other certificates, in case your board asks for proof at renewal. You can also add the badge to your LinkedIn profile.
We hope the activity was useful in your practice.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Another line in my continuing education record: I completed Wound Care Essentials and earned 2.0 contact hours. Good refresher on staging pressure injuries and choosing the right dressing, and I am already using it on the unit. Thank you to our education team for making time for learning on busy shifts. #Nursing #ContinuingEducation
