Design notes
This landscape sheet is a trading card laid flat, front and back. The front puts the player's name on a slanted red plate below a navy window of rays and red halftone, with a gold MVP foil stamp on the window's edge and the season, team and selection under the name. The back is the season record: a short citation, a numbered table of highlights, the award date and a card number taken from the credential ID, then an autograph strip with two signatures and the QR code. It suits a banquet display board.
About
MVP Certificate Template, Player Card Front and Back
A most valuable player award goes to the athlete a coaching staff, or sometimes the whole team by vote, picks as the one who meant most to the season. It can reward a scoring leader, but the best citations also name clutch plays in close games and the example the player set at practice. Clubs, high school programs, college teams and tournament organisers present it at the end-of-season banquet, and many use the same layout for player of the game or player of the match.
Wording on the template“In recognition of an outstanding season. Your play, your leadership and your example made the whole team better, game after game, and your teammates and coaches named you the most valuable player.”More wording ideas for most valuable player (mvp) certificates

Subject: name, you are this season's Most Valuable Player
Dear name,
Congratulations! The coaching staff and your teammates have named you our Most Valuable Player for this season. Your play in the big moments, the way you led at practice and the example you set for younger players made the whole team better.
Your MVP certificate is ready. Open it to see the season highlights it records, download and print it for your wall, and share it with family and friends if you would like to.
Thank you for a season to remember.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Proud to be named Most Valuable Player for this season. The award has my name on it, but every highlight came from a team that pushed each other in every practice and every game. Thank you to my coaches for their trust and to my teammates for making this season one to remember. #MVP #TeamSports #Athletics

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
Certificate or badge?
