Design notes
The badge is a cream disc with MENTORSHIP in a heavy serif and PROGRAM in spaced capitals above one drawn knot: a thick graphite line and a thin coral line tied in a sheet bend, the sailor's knot for joining two ropes of different size, each end whipped in the other line's colour. The words name no role, so one badge serves both sides of the pair, and the knot still reads as a thumbnail.
About
Mentorship Program Badge Template, Sheet Bend Knot
A mentorship program badge marks a person's place in a structured pairing: the experienced colleague, teacher or volunteer who guides someone newer, or the mentee who took part and kept going. Employers give it at the close of a six- or twelve-month cohort, universities to peer and alumni mentors, and community programs to volunteers who met a young person week after week. As a digital badge it stays on a profile and in an email signature long after the final meeting.

Subject: Thank you for being part of our mentorship program, name
Hi name,
The mentorship program has come to a close, and we want to thank you for everything you put into it: the conversations, the honest questions and the goals you worked on together.
Your mentorship certificate is ready. Open it to see your record, download a copy to print, or add it to your LinkedIn profile so your network can see the work you did.
With thanks from the whole program team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
This year I took part in our mentorship program, and I have just received my certificate. Six months of regular conversations taught me as much as I hoped to pass on. Thank you to my mentoring partner for the honesty and the effort, and to the program team for making the pairing happen. #Mentorship #Mentoring #ProfessionalDevelopment
