Design notes
The badge is the rubber stamp from the matching office form, drawn upright in tomato red: a double frame with small ink breaks, OFFICE and AWARDS in large capitals and a tracked APPROVED in the band between them. Its words are fixed and name no one, so a single badge goes with every joke title on the certificates, from Coffee Connoisseur to Meeting Marathoner, and the fun stays kind. It reads clearly at small sizes.
