Design notes
The badge shows the whole year as twelve small tiles of day dots in a navy field with a gold rim. Eleven tiles stay quiet; the December tile is solid gold and holds a dark faceted star, the last day of a year earned in full. EMPLOYEE is set in a formal serif with OF THE YEAR in spaced capitals beneath it. The grid and the words stay sharp at 120 pixels, which suits a LinkedIn profile or a team chat avatar.
About
Employee of the Year Badge Template, Year Calendar
An employee of the year badge is the digital half of a company's top annual honour. HR teams and leaders announce the winner at a year-end party, an annual awards night or the first town hall of the new year, and the badge lets that person carry the honour into a profile, an email signature or an internal directory long after the event.

Post for the recipient to share
I am honoured to be named Employee of the Year. Looking back over the last twelve months, the moments I am proudest of were shared: late fixes with my team, a hard launch we finished together, clients who trusted us. Thank you to my colleagues for nominating me and to our leaders for the chance to grow. On to next year. #EmployeeOfTheYear #Grateful
