Design notes
This landscape layout runs a striped gait belt across the full width of the page, with its nickel buckle on the centre line as the seal. Above the belt are the organisation, the student's name, the program, a short statement and a row with the training hours, format, issue date and credential ID. Below it come five ticked skills, the program director's and clinical instructor's signatures and a QR code for verification.
About
CNA Certificate Template, Gait Belt Landscape
A nursing assistant training program mixes classroom lessons, skills-lab practice and supervised clinical hours in a nursing home or hospital. Federal rules ask for at least 75 hours, 16 of them supervised practical training, and many states ask for more. Training providers, from community colleges to facility-based programs, give a certificate of completion when a student finishes the hours and passes the skills check-off. The student takes that training record to the state competency exam; the state, not the school, then adds them to the nurse aide registry.
Wording on the template“Completed classroom instruction, skills-lab practice and supervised clinical hours in resident care, and performed every skill on the competency check-off to standard, observed and signed off by a registered nurse evaluator.”More wording ideas for nursing assistant (cna) training certificates

Subject: name, your nursing assistant training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Congratulations on finishing the Nursing Assistant Training Program. You put in the classroom hours, practised every skill in the lab and cared for residents during your clinical shifts, and your evaluator signed off each skill on the check-off.
Your certificate of completion is ready at the link below. You can download it, print a copy for your exam papers and share it with employers. Keep it with your documents for the state competency exam.
We are proud of you and wish you well in the work ahead.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have finished my nursing assistant training: 120 hours of classroom lessons, skills lab and clinical shifts in long-term care, with every skill checked off by our nurse evaluator. Thank you to my instructors and to the residents who taught me so much. Next step: the state competency exam. #CNA #NursingAssistant #Healthcare

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
Certificate or badge?
