Design notes
The badge is a small flip chart board: a blue rim around the paper pad, a charcoal clamp bar with two pegs over the top, a tear-off line, and a short tray with a blue marker at the foot. On the pad sit the logo, the organisation, 'Training Session' in a soft serif, ATTENDED in white on a red marker swipe, the hours and CPD credits, and the year. It suits trainers who want one recognisable mark for every session they run.
About
Training Session Badge Template, Flip Chart Pad
A badge shows at a glance that someone turned up and took part. Companies issue one after an onboarding session or a lunch-and-learn, and training providers after each open workshop, so attendees can show it on LinkedIn, in an email signature or on an internal learning profile. A series of badges also makes a simple trail of the sessions a person has attended over the year.

Subject: name, thank you for attending: your training certificate
Hi name,
Thank you for joining today's training session and for taking part in the exercises and the questions at the end. Your certificate of attendance is ready, with the topics we covered, the session length and your CPD credits.
Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your training file, or add it to your LinkedIn profile. You can also forward it to your manager as proof of your development hours.
We hope to see you at the next session.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Spent the afternoon in a hands-on training session and came away with practical skills I can use at work tomorrow. Thank you to our trainer for keeping it lively and to everyone in the room for the good questions. Two more CPD hours logged. #ProfessionalDevelopment #Training #CPD
