Design notes

The landscape layout is a four-module shell scheme stand seen from the front. The exhibitor's name stands on the navy fascia like real stand lettering, and three spotlights light the bays below. The centre bay holds the title, the show's name, a statement and two signatures; the left bay lists what was done on the stand and the role; the right bay gives level, duration, issue date and the QR code, with the credential ID on a stand-number plate above the beam.

About

Exhibition Certificate Template, Shell Scheme Stand

A trade fair, an industry expo or a school science fair depends on the people who build and staff the stands. Organisers send each exhibitor a certificate of participation after the show to record the days on the floor, the products or work presented and the contacts made with buyers and visitors. Companies keep it for their sales and marketing records; students and artists add it to a portfolio.

Wording on the template“Exhibited on the show floor for the full run of the exhibition: built and staffed a stand, presented products and work to visitors, buyers and the trade, answered questions at the counter and made lasting connections across the industry.”

Subject: Thank you for exhibiting, name: your certificate is here

Dear name,

Thank you for exhibiting with us. Your stand helped make the show what it was, and we know how much work goes into building it, staffing it for every day and talking with each visitor who stopped by.

Your certificate of participation is now ready. It records the show, the dates and your part in it. Open it to download a copy, print it for your office or portfolio, or share it with your network.

We hope to see you on the floor again next year.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

Three days on the show floor, and our stand was busy from the first hour to the last. We showed our new work, met buyers and partners face to face and came home with a full list of follow-ups. Proud of the team who built and ran the stand. Here is our certificate of participation from the trade exhibition. #TradeShow #Exhibition #Expo

Recipients share it with one click from their credential page, with the badge attached.

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.
