Design notes
The badge takes the outline of a speaker's lectern: a slate reading desk with a navy gooseneck microphone and its claret live ring, above a light front panel that holds the organisation's logo, its name and the program. ATTENDED runs across a claret band, and the plinth carries the CPD hours and the year. The silhouette stays clear at small sizes, which suits organisers who give a badge to every attendee.
About
Seminar Badge Template, Lectern and Gooseneck Mic
Seminars are short, focused sessions where a speaker or a panel takes one subject further than a lecture would, and the audience is expected to join in. Professional bodies, universities, employers and training providers run them for continuing education, and many count the time as CPD hours. A seminar attendance badge is the digital proof that someone was in the room: issued after the event, it sits on the attendee's credential page and LinkedIn profile, where it shows the hours and the year.

Subject: Your seminar certificate is ready, name
Hi name,
Thank you for joining our seminar. We enjoyed the discussion, and the questions from the floor gave the speakers plenty to think about.
Your certificate of attendance is now ready. It records the seminar, the sessions you attended and the CPD hours you earned. Open it to view it, download a copy to print or file with your CPD record, and share it on LinkedIn if you like.
We hope to see you at the next one.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I spent this week's seminar listening to people who know far more than I do about our field, and I came away with pages of notes. Thank you to the speakers and the panel for the honest answers to our questions. Pleased to add the certificate of attendance and the CPD hours to my record. #ContinuingEducation #CPD #ProfessionalDevelopment
