Design notes
The badge is the head of a punch-clock card, notch and all: RETIRED in bold capitals, a heavy double rule, and the red FINAL OUT stamp with a clock face stopped at five o'clock. Its few words stay legible at 120 pixels, so it reads in a social feed or an email signature. It suits retirement from any workplace where people once clocked in and out.
About
Retirement Badge Template, Last Time Card
Retirement is now often marked online as well as at the farewell party: a retiree updates a professional profile, colleagues post congratulations and the organisation thanks them in its newsletter. A digital badge gives that moment a verified record. Employers, school districts and member associations send it with the retirement certificate, so the person can show the honour and anyone can confirm who gave it.

Subject: name, congratulations on your retirement and thank you
Dear name,
As you finish your last day with us, we want to thank you for everything you gave over the years: the work, the patience and the people you helped along the way. You leave a gap that will be hard to fill.
Your retirement certificate is waiting for you. You can download it to print and frame, keep the digital copy, or share it with friends and former colleagues online.
We wish you a long, healthy and happy retirement.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
After thirty-one years, I clocked out for the last time this week. I am grateful to the colleagues who taught me, the teams I led and the friends I made along the way. Thank you to everyone who came to the farewell and for this certificate. Now for gardening, travel and a lot more time with my family. #Retirement #Grateful
