Design notes
The portrait format reads like a page from a course workbook. At the top, the four-styles model stands as a figure, with two tinted quadrants, the curve and its four numbered stations, and the skills strip with a caption under it. The record follows on one centre axis: title, the name in a large serif, the program and a three-line statement, then a row with duration, level, format, issue date and credential ID, two signatures and a QR code. The tall page fits a training file or a frame by the desk.
About
Manager Training Certificate Template, Four Styles Portrait
Companies often send people on manager training in their first months as a team lead, or before a promotion takes effect. The course gives them a toolkit for the daily work of managing: setting clear goals, running one-to-ones, giving feedback, handling low performance, keeping a team motivated and handing work over with the right amount of support. HR or the learning team usually signs the certificate together with the trainer or the head of learning.
Wording on the template“Now sets clear goals, coaches in one-to-ones, keeps the team motivated and delegates with trust, matching the management style to each person and each task.”More wording ideas for management training certificates

Subject: name, your management training certificate is ready
Dear name,
Congratulations on completing the Management Essentials Program. Over the course you worked on setting clear goals, running one-to-ones, coaching your team and delegating with trust, and your trainers were impressed by how quickly you put it into practice.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the skills you covered, download a copy to print or keep in your training file, and share it on LinkedIn so your network can see the step you have taken.
We wish you every success as you lead your team.

Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed the Management Essentials Program. Moving into my first management role, I wanted more than good intentions: the course gave me practical tools for goal setting, one-to-ones, coaching and delegation. The biggest lesson was to match my style to each person and each task. Thank you to our trainers and to my team for their patience while I learn. #Management #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
