Design notes
The badge is a navy disc with a thin gold ring. Five geese fly up in a V, four in pale paper tone and one gold bird at the point that sets the direction. LEADERSHIP is set in a serif below the flock and DEVELOPMENT in tracked capitals under it. The words stay clear at thumbnail size, so it suits a LinkedIn post or a small badge wall.
About
Leadership Badge Template, Flying Geese
A leadership badge marks a step on the road from team member to leader: a completed development program, a coaching cohort, a first stint as team lead, or a module on feedback and decision making. Companies, business schools and training providers issue them so a person can show the achievement on a profile or on a business card.

Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed a leadership development program. Six weeks of practice in coaching, feedback and leading change taught me that good leadership is about setting a direction and helping the team move forward together. Thank you to my cohort and our coaches. #leadership #leadershipdevelopment
