Design notes
The badge reduces the set's rating scale to one row. On a graphite disc with a fine blush ring, four open grey rings run along a track to a fifth ring filled in claret inside a short blush capsule: the top mark. EMPLOYEE EXCELLENCE sits above in a crisp serif and OUTSTANDING below in bold capitals that stay readable at thumbnail size. It matches the landscape and portrait certificates of the same set.
About
Employee Excellence Badge Template, Top Marks
An employee excellence badge travels where a framed certificate cannot. After the annual review or the year-end awards, the employee can add it to a LinkedIn profile, an email signature or an internal profile page, and one click leads to the verified award and the reasons it was given. HR and people teams often issue it together with the printed certificate, so colleagues and the wider network see the recognition, not only visitors to an office wall.
