Design notes
The badge is a goal ring like the ones in every OKR tracker: a closed cobalt band for the call of duty met in full, a short ink mark at the 100% point, and an amber lap that runs on past it for a third of a turn. "Above & Beyond" sits in a tall serif in the open centre with AWARD under it, large enough to read as a small thumbnail. It suits companies, hospitals, schools and nonprofits that want a quiet, modern recognition badge.
About
Above and Beyond Badge Template, Goal Ring
An above and beyond award goes to the person who did more than the job asked: stayed late to save a launch, covered for a colleague who was ill, or solved a customer problem that nobody owned. HR teams and managers give it through peer nominations, monthly values awards and spot recognition, and a digital badge lets the person keep showing it on a profile or an email signature long after the team meeting where it was announced.

Post for the recipient to share
I am proud to share that I received an Above and Beyond Award this week. The project was hard, and I could not have done it without a great team around me, so this award is theirs too. Thank you to the colleagues who nominated me and to my manager for the trust. #EmployeeRecognition #AboveAndBeyond
