Design notes
The design takes the hierarchy of controls, the five steps from elimination to personal protective equipment that every hazard control lesson teaches, and draws it as a stack of pale tiers inside a navy roundel. A gold arrow runs down its side from most to least effective, and SAFETY TRAINED sits under the point in condensed capitals. It stays clear at 120 pixels, which suits LinkedIn and wallet use.
About
OSHA Training Badge Template, Hierarchy of Controls
A badge is the quick, shareable sign that a worker has finished a safety course. Training providers, employer EHS teams and union training centres give one with the certificate after a 10-hour or 30-hour course built on OSHA standards, so the person can show it on a profile, in an email signature or in a digital wallet. It belongs to the provider who ran the course. It is not the course card of the federal Outreach Training Program and it suggests no agency approval.

Keep an eye on the valid-until date so you can book a refresher in time. Stay safe out there.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed a 10-hour workplace safety course on OSHA standards for general industry. We worked through hazard recognition, electrical safety, walking-working surfaces and the hierarchy of controls, and one lesson stays with me: remove the hazard first, and treat PPE as the last line of defence. Thanks to our trainer for real examples from the floor. #WorkplaceSafety #SafetyFirst #HazardControl
