Design notes
This tall version lays the evacuation plan wide across the top: five numbered rooms along a corridor, a stair and the final exit on the page's centre line. The dashed green route drops straight down to the assembly ring, then the name, the program and a statement follow. A two-column zones-swept key lists the skills, and a title block across the foot carries the dates, the credential ID, the duration, two signatures and the QR code.
About
Fire Warden Certificate, Evacuation Plan Portrait
When the alarm sounds, a trained warden checks every room in an assigned zone, including toilets, stores and meeting rooms, closes doors, steers people to the nearest safe exit and then reports at the assembly point so the roll call can be completed. Marshal and warden courses teach that routine, together with fire risk awareness and how to pass clear information to the person in charge. A portrait certificate suits the staff file, the training binder or a frame by the reception desk, where it shows who the wardens are.
Wording on the template“Trained to sweep a zone, guide everyone along the escape route to the final exit, take the roll call at the assembly point and report to the chief warden and the fire service.”More wording ideas for fire warden training certificates

Subject: name, your fire warden training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing fire warden training and for taking on the role. You now know how to sweep your zone, guide everyone to the right exit and report at the assembly point so the roll call is complete.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn. It shows when your refresher is due, and we will remind you before then.
Thank you for helping everyone here get out safely.

Post for the recipient to share
I completed fire warden training this week. I learned how to sweep my zone so no one is missed, guide people to the right exit, and report at the assembly point so the roll call is complete. It is a small role that matters a lot on the day of a real alarm. #FireWarden #WorkplaceSafety

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
