Design notes
The badge reduces the floor plan to one square room with thick slate walls. FIRE WARDEN runs along the top wall like the print on the back of a warden's vest, and TRAINED sits inside the room. An amber diamond marks where the warden stands, and a green arrow leaves through a pair of doors to the assembly ring below. The round paper plaque keeps the words clear at small sizes.
About
Fire Warden Badge Template, Evacuation Plan
A fire warden badge is the small, shareable sign that a colleague has taken on the warden's part of an evacuation. After the course, employers, facilities teams, schools and safety training providers give it to the people who will lead others out when the alarm sounds: sweep their zone, check the quiet rooms and stores, close doors behind them and guide everyone to the assembly point. Wardens add it to an email signature, a staff profile or an intranet list of who to look for in a drill.

Subject: name, your fire warden training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing fire warden training and for taking on the role. You now know how to sweep your zone, guide everyone to the right exit and report at the assembly point so the roll call is complete.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn. It shows when your refresher is due, and we will remind you before then.
Thank you for helping everyone here get out safely.

Post for the recipient to share
I completed fire warden training this week. I learned how to sweep my zone so no one is missed, guide people to the right exit, and report at the assembly point so the roll call is complete. It is a small role that matters a lot on the day of a real alarm. #FireWarden #WorkplaceSafety
