Design notes
A tall page fits a certificate that goes into a training file or is pinned beside a desk. The top reads like a memo, with FROM, TO and SUBJECT lines for the organisation, the name and the program, and a one-sentence statement under it. The centre holds an annotated email whose five numbered amber markers point to the habits the person now practises. Below sit a single row with duration, audience, issue date, valid-until date and credential ID, then two signatures and a QR code for checking it online.
About
Cyber Security Awareness Certificate, Email Portrait
Annual security awareness training is the one course in many companies that every person takes, from new starters to the board. It covers phishing and social engineering, safe browsing, password habits and how to report a suspicious message, and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and the PCI DSS expect it to be repeated and recorded. A certificate gives each employee a personal record and gives the security or compliance team something to file for the audit.

Subject: name, your security awareness training certificate is here
Hi name,
Thank you for completing this year's security awareness training. Checking the sender, pausing on urgent requests, hovering before you click and reporting anything odd are small habits, and they protect all of us.
Your certificate and badge are ready. You can download and print the certificate for your records, and share the badge on your profile or in your email signature. Each one has a credential ID that anyone can verify online.
If a message ever looks wrong, report it. We would much rather check a false alarm than miss a real one.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed this year's security awareness training. It was a useful reminder of the habits that matter most: checking who really sent a message, slowing down when something feels urgent and reporting anything that looks wrong. Happy to do my part in keeping our team and our customers safe. #SecurityAwareness #Cybersecurity
Recipients share it with one click from their credential page, with the badge attached.
Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
Certificate or badge?
Send both. They do different jobs.
