Design notes
This landscape layout borrows the picture every awareness course uses: an email with numbered call-outs. Here the call-outs are turned positive, so five amber markers on the sender, subject line, link, password field and Report button lead out to the five habits learned. The words read as a message header, FROM the organisation, TO the employee and SUBJECT the program, followed by a statement, issue and valid-until dates, duration, audience, two signatures and a scannable verification code beside its ID. It suits company-wide compliance training with a calm, office-modern feel.
About
Cyber Security Awareness Certificate, Annotated Email
Most organisations ask every employee, not only the IT team, to complete security awareness training each year, and many auditors and cyber insurers expect proof that they did. The course teaches people to check who really sent a message, notice pressure and urgency, hover over a link before clicking, keep passwords private and report anything odd to the security team. The information security lead or HR usually issues the certificate when the module and its short phishing exercises are done, often with a renewal date for next year's round.
Wording on the template“Has completed this training and shown, in its exercises, the everyday habits that keep colleagues, accounts and company data safe.”More wording ideas for cybersecurity awareness training certificates

Subject: name, your security awareness training certificate is here
Hi name,
Thank you for completing this year's security awareness training. Checking the sender, pausing on urgent requests, hovering before you click and reporting anything odd are small habits, and they protect all of us.
Your certificate and badge are ready. You can download and print the certificate for your records, and share the badge on your profile or in your email signature. Each one has a credential ID that anyone can verify online.
If a message ever looks wrong, report it. We would much rather check a false alarm than miss a real one.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed this year's security awareness training. It was a useful reminder of the habits that matter most: checking who really sent a message, slowing down when something feels urgent and reporting anything that looks wrong. Happy to do my part in keeping our team and our customers safe. #SecurityAwareness #Cybersecurity

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
Certificate or badge?
