Design notes
The badge cuts a manhole open under a dark ground line: hatched umber earth, a cone with step irons, and the monitor's hose hanging to an amber probe just above the floor. CONFINED SPACE curves over the top and ENTRY TRAINED sits straight across the light cap, both large enough to read at small sizes. It suits safety teams, utilities and training companies that want a simple, technical mark.
About
Confined Space Entry Badge Template, Manhole Section
Site managers and permit holders often need to see at a glance who has done entry training before a job is planned. A digital badge travels where a paper certificate cannot: a contractor portal, a site induction record, an email signature or a LinkedIn profile. Training providers and employers award it alongside the certificate when a worker finishes a confined space entry course, so the badge links back to the full record.

Subject: name, your confined space training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing confined space entry training. You now know how to test the air before and during entry, how the permit works, what the entrant, the attendant and the supervisor each do, and how a rescue is planned from outside.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn. It shows when your refresher is due, and we will remind you before then.
Thank you for helping everyone come back out safely.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I completed confined space entry training this week. We practised testing the air at every level before entry, working under an entry permit, and the jobs of the entrant, the attendant and the supervisor. The biggest lesson: a rescue is planned before anyone goes in. #ConfinedSpace #WorkplaceSafety

Yes. This design is part of a set: Manhole Section Confined Space Training Certificate and Manhole Section Confined Space Training Certificate, Portrait. Issue them together so the certificate and the badge read as one award for confined space training.
