Design notes

Across the top, the section dividers of a policy manual show their tabs in a row: five navy modules from Code of Conduct to Whistleblowing, and a gold ACKNOWLEDGED tab with a short signature line at the end. Under them a centred stack carries the organisation, the name, the program, the statement and the attestation, then a ruled block with the issue date, valid-until date, credential ID and duration. Two signers flank the QR code at the foot. Navy, a touch of gold and a document serif keep it formal.

Because compliance training comes round every year, many teams keep each employee's certificate in a personnel file or a training folder next to the signed policy acknowledgement, where an upright page fits best. This version suits an employer or a training provider that wants the employee's own words on the record: a short attestation that they have read the code of conduct and the policies it covers and will follow them at work. The valid-until date shows when the next annual cycle is due.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
