Design notes

The badge shows the front sheet of a policy manual with an ink border, three navy section dividers stepping out down its right edge and a larger gold tab at the end of the run for the signed acknowledgement. COMPLIANCE in strong capitals and Acknowledged in a document serif sit on the sheet with a short gold rule between them, so the words still read at thumbnail size. It belongs with the landscape and portrait certificates of the same set.

Every year many employers ask each employee to work through a set of compliance modules, such as the code of conduct, gifts and bribery, personal data and how to raise a concern, and then to confirm that they have read the policies. A digital badge gives that finished cycle a visible mark on an intranet profile, in an email signature or on LinkedIn. HR, legal and compliance teams issue it next to the certificate once the modules and the acknowledgement are done, and issue a fresh one when the next year's cycle closes.
