This badge sets a five-stage sales funnel in pale tints on a deep evergreen disc, with the narrow closed-won stage in copper as the point the whole pipeline was built for. SALES sits above the funnel and AWARD below in a sturdy serif, inside one thin ivory ring, and the flat shapes stay clear at 120 px. The words are fixed, so one badge can go to everyone on a winning team.
