Design notes
This landscape design is the printed side of a kraft carton. The record runs down the left: the organisation, a contents checklist of five skills with red ticks, a ruled details box for duration, standard and level, and two signatures. A white shipping label on the right holds the name, the program, the statement, a lot number for the credential ID, the issue and re-check dates and the QR code, under a row of three handling marks. It fits a warehouse, logistics or site induction course.
About
Manual Handling Certificate, Marked Carton Landscape
Manual handling training teaches people who lift, carry, push and pull loads at work to judge each task before they touch it. A course usually covers a TILE risk assessment (task, individual, load, environment), safe lifting technique, team lifts and when to reach for a trolley or hoist, then a practical session. Warehouses, care homes, retailers, building firms and training providers give a certificate at the end, often with a date for the next refresher.
Wording on the template“has completed manual handling training and the practical session: assessing each load before moving it, then lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling it safely, alone and as a team.”More wording ideas for manual handling certificates

Subject: name, your manual handling training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for taking part in our manual handling training. You worked through the risk assessment and the practical lifts with care, and the whole team is safer for it.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the skills and the date for your next refresher, download a copy to print for your file, or share it on LinkedIn. Keep it handy: a supervisor or a client may ask to see it.
Best regards, The training team

Post for the recipient to share
I completed manual handling training this week. The practical session changed how I look at every box and trolley at work: check the task, my own limits, the load and the space before I move anything, and ask for a second pair of hands or a lifting aid when it makes sense. Thank you to our trainer for a clear and useful course. #ManualHandling #WorkplaceSafety

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
