Design notes

The tall format works well framed on an office wall or printed in a course pack. The title opens the page, then a wide search field holds the program name. Below, the recipient's name reads as the first result, with a large green serif 1 in the margin, the statement, six links in two columns and a row for duration, level and format. Along the foot, two signatures sit beside the date of issue, the unique ID and the QR code, so the whole record stays in order from top to bottom.

About

Professional Certificate for Digital Marketing, Search Rank

Who gives a professional certificate in digital marketing? Usually an academy, an agency's training arm or a university extension program, after learners have planned search and social campaigns, written email sequences, read the numbers in web analytics and built a content strategy. Many trainers hand it out at a final presentation where each learner shows the results of a live project.

Wording on the template“Has completed the professional course in full: planning search, social and email campaigns, measuring them with web analytics and building a content strategy that turns visitors into customers.”

Subject: name, your digital marketing certificate is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations on completing the course. You planned campaigns across search, social and email, learned to read the numbers in your analytics, and turned them into a final project you can be proud of.

Your certificate lists the skills and course details you earned. You can download it as a PDF, print it, or share it on LinkedIn and in your portfolio, where anyone can scan the QR code to check that it is genuine.

Well done, and good luck with your next campaign.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have just earned my professional certificate in digital marketing. Over the course I worked on SEO, paid and social campaigns, email and web analytics, and the final project taught me to plan a campaign around clear goals and measure what really works. Thanks to my trainer and classmates for the sharp feedback. Ready to put it into practice. #DigitalMarketing #SEO

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.

  • A full record: name, statement, skills, dates and signatures
  • Printed and framed, or kept as a PDF
  • Opens to a page anyone can verify

Digital badge

  • A small image people put on LinkedIn and in email signatures
